Privacy and cookies 


§ 1 
1 User in order to use the services of the B2B system platform - Rampers , and certain other services must fill out the appropriate forms. This requires to provide certain personal data. 

2 Providing of personal data in the forms is voluntary, but necessary for the provision of services by Rampers  to the User. 

3 Any personal information that You enter into registration forms, or give in correspondence with Rampers  shall be processed in accordance with the requirements of Polish law, especially the law of 29 August 1997. Protection of Personal Data (unified text: Journal of Laws 2002., No. 101, item. 926 as amended) and the Act of 18 July 2002 - on the provision of electronic services (OJ 2002 r., No. 144, item. changed 1204).

§ 2
1 The Data Controller is the Rampers  

2 Data collected on the platform - B2B system Rampers  is used only for the purposes of the order. 

3 On the platform - B2B system Rampers  we did not collect data for marketing purposes, and does not share information with third parties 


§ 3 
1 Rampers  uses cookies, or small pieces of information stored on the device end user (eg. Computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies can be read by a computerized system of the Contractor. 

2 The Contractor stores cookies on your end user, and then gain access to the information contained therein for the purposes of: statistics and ensure proper operation website, in particular the maintenance of the session after logging in to the account.
